Council on Aging Lunch Program
Council on Aging provides Community Dining at the Rohnert Park Senior Center (6800 Hunter Drive) Monday to Friday, noon to 1 pm. Reservations are required one week in advance. Please call 707-525-0143, ext. 128
Council on Aging Meal Pack Pick-Up (Wednesdays)
Council on Aging Drop Off Pick UP (DUPU) is held on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The frozen meal pick-up takes place on the backside of the Rohnert Park Senior Center. Please call 707-525-0143, ext. 121, to register.
Meals on Wheels
Seniors 60 years of age and older who are homebound and unable to drive are eligible to receive Meals on Wheels. You may also receive Meals on Wheels, regardless of your age, if you are the spouse/partner of a 60-plus senior who is receiving meals, or are a person with a disability living with a 60-plus home-bound senior.
