Rohnert Park Community Launches Annual Holiday Toy Drive to Support Local Families

Rohnert Park, CA — The City of Rohnert Park Foundation, in partnership with Rohnert Park Public Safety Officers (RPPSOA), is launching the 2025 Holiday Toy Drive to support children and families in Rohnert Park.

The Holiday Toy Drive, a cherished tradition sponsored by the RPPSOA for 25 years, will continue with the support of a broad coalition of local service organizations, community groups, and volunteers.

The coalition consists of various nonprofits and community organizations, including the Rotary Clubs of Rohnert Park-Cotati, Rancho Cotati and Sonoma Mountain Twilight, the Active 20-30 Club, The Education Foundation of Cotati and Rohnert Park, the Rohnert Park Chamber of Commerce, the City of Rohnert Park, the Rohnert Park Foundation, the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District, and several dedicated community volunteers.

“We are grateful to all of our community partners for coming together to continue this important tradition,” said City Manager Marcela Piedra. “The generosity of our residents helps create a brighter holiday season for many families in our city.”

Mayor Gerard Giudice echoed this gratitude, stating, “Rohnert Park is at its best when we unite around a common goal. This Toy Drive gives every resident a chance to brighten a child’s holiday and strengthen the sense of belonging that makes our city so special.”

Jerrod Marshall, President of the RPPSOA, expressed gratitude. “We are thankful for the countless community partners who will help make this year’s Holiday Toy Drive a success.”
