Beginning Monday, June 23, construction will be occurring on Keiser Avenue near Snyder Lane. This is part of the City’s Keiser Avenue Reconstruction Project – Phase 3 to improve infrastructure and traffic safety in the area. Residents located near the Project site will receive a notice of construction in mail. Temporary traffic controls and detours will be in place during the Project. The expected completion is December 2025.

- New storm water bioretention landscape features
- New street lights
- New pedestrian access ramps and sidewalk
- Asphalt paving
- New traffic signal installation and modifications
- Widening of Snyder Lane to two lanes in each direction between just North of Keiser Avenue and Circulo Grande Drive
