3. Fire Permit Information

   A separate permit is required for each type of Permit requested. Permit fees are based on the City of Rohnert Park Public Safety Fire Division Fee Schedule. 

   Fees are calculated by the Fire Division on each individual permit form. The total fee due shall be paid upon submittal. A member of the Fire Division will reach out to arrange payment of fees once application is received. No plan review or site inspections will be started without full payment of fees. 

   Additional fees may be billed if the actual time exceeds the minimum amount of the deposited amount. Additional Building Permits may be required for this project. 

   The applicant is responsible for contacting the Building Department to determine if any additional permits or approval is required.

    I (we) agree to defend, indemnity, and hold the City of Rohnert Park and its officers, employees, and agents harmless against all claims, actions and liabilities of any kind which may arise or occur in consequence of any acts or omissions of said City and its officers, employees or agents, in granting this permit, whether or not such acts or omissions are intentional or negligent or whether they are active of passive, and to pay all cost and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees incurred by said City in connection with such claims and actions. 

    All work performed under this permit must conform to the plans and specifications as well as the application filed by the owner or his authorized agent with the Fire Division. Further, the plans and specifications shall be identical to those approved and conditioned by the Fire Division. This Permit does not constitute an approval or waiver of any violation of the recited provisions, nor of any State law or City Ordinance, regulation or requirement.
